What kind of businesses do you typically work with?
We work with small business owners across many sectors — retail, food and beverage, professional services, trades, and more. The common thread is that the owner is actively involved and wants honest, practical support. We don't have a minimum revenue requirement; what matters is that we're a good fit for each other.
How does the first session actually work?
We start with a short, informal conversation — usually by phone or video — to understand where you are and what you need. From there we agree on the right engagement and schedule a proper working session. The first paid session is yours to use however is most useful to you.
Can we meet in person in Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We're based in Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, and we're happy to meet in person if you prefer. We also work comfortably over video call, which many clients find more convenient. Either way, the quality of the conversation is the same.
What if I'm not sure which engagement is right for me?
That's completely fine — it's actually quite common. Just reach out and we'll have a conversation about your situation. We'll be honest with you about what we think would help, and there's no pressure to commit to anything until you feel comfortable.
How much does it cost and is there a payment plan?
Our engagements are priced at RM 700 (A Helping Hand), RM 1,900 (Shared Review), and RM 3,380 (Standing-By Partnership for six months). For the longer engagement, we can discuss a payment arrangement that suits your cash flow. Please ask us — we're open to finding something workable.
Is everything I share kept confidential?
Absolutely. We treat every conversation with complete discretion. We do not share your information with anyone outside the engagement, and we handle your business details with the same care we would want for our own.
